Little Egret

The Little Egret is a relatively common bird especially around coastal marshes and lagoons but can often be seen feeding next to the beach in places such as Soller and Puerto Pollensa. It is a resident breeding species and especially abundant at the S’Albufera where it breeds alongside the Cattle Egret and the rarer Great White Egret.
